Is everything handmade?
Everything I make has been crafted by my hands, this means each piece is individually made and not manufactured or mass produced. Slight variations in colour, texture or shape are completely normal and is just a part in what makes each piece unique and special.
Materials that I use such as recycled sterling silver, found sea glass, gemstones and even reclaimed pottery all have their own imperfections. I don’t consider these a downside but simply a reflection of a handcrafted process and the character of the materials themselves.
do you accept returns + refunds?
As each item is handmade and often a one-of-a-kind piece, returns, refunds or exchanges won't often be accepted. As the sole designer and maker of every piece that has been created at frowned, my hope is that every purchase you make, you love, but if you are not satisfied with your order, please email me within 7 days of purchase.
If your piece arrives damaged due to a craftsmanship error on my behalf (and not due to shipping or misuse), please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. If the problem is a result of my work then i will be happy to resolve this either by a partial refund or a repair if viable.

when will my order arrive?
Depending on the postage option you chose will change how long your package will take to get to you.
Please remember there is 2 days processing time.
Standard delivery aims to deliver within 2-3 working days.
Next day delivery aims to deliver within 1 working day.
As all of my postage options include tracking, head on over to that to see more accurate and updated details on your order. Please keep in mind, if it is a holiday when you place your order, delivery may take longer.
where are your products made?
Every single item is made in my home studio in Yorkshire :)
The materials that i use are sourced from many different places, including reputable companies in the jewellery industry, small businesses or even finding the materials in nature.
do you do custom pieces?
Unfortunately as of right now, i currently am not accepting custom orders. This may change in the future, when it does, the answer to this question will be updated :)
